Great China was established in 1985 by Mike and Jenny Yu. Today brothers James and Tai Yu continue the legacy. Many long time patrons will recognize our lead server Linda Wang, who has been with Great China since the beginning. Mark Yatabe is our Wine Director and Nicole Lauga is our Hospitality Specialist. Our lead chefs have been working at Great China for over 20 years. Our wok line chefs combine for over 100 years of experience.
