Complaints/Compliments

If you have a complaint or concern about a Downtown Berkeley Ambassador or about the Ambassador or other DBA program, please fill out the form below the with as much of the specified information to assist us in dealing with issue on timely basis. You will receive acknowledgement of your correspondence via response within two business days and results of the investigation within 30 days.
