The Magnes Collection of Jewish Art and Life
Our Spring Opening will celebrate the gift of the Roman Vishniac archive from his daughter, Mara Vishniac Kohn (1926-1918) and open the exhibit, “Memory Objects: Judaica Collections, Global Migrations” to the public.
Tom Freudenheim (former museum director and currently vice president of the American Federation of Arts) will speak about “Collecting in Times of Crisis.”
