Author Rachelle Cruz an her guest graphic novelist Trinidad Escobar, Crushed will present Experiencing Comics: An Introduction to Reading, Discussing, and Creating Comics. Rachelle will demonstrate how readers can use her book. Experiencing Comics takes readers step by step through each exciting chapter how to critically examine the craft and storytelling elements found inside a graphic novel or comic and spotlights groundbreaking work by comics creators and scholars from underrepresented and diverse backgrounds.
