Direct Knowing Yoga

Starting October 29th and 31st, 7am-8am, as well as 12:30-1:30 pm on the 31st
This class will use yoga and the breath to become more intimate with the Body, Mind and other senses as its moves through the practice. The class will finish with a short meditation.
