"We focus on three things: delicious and fresh pizza, local craft beer, and our community.
Our pizza is made in house from the first step to the plate. We use Giusto’s flour from San Francisco in our 24 hour cold fermented dough, which is rolled and then allowed to slow rise while refrigerated for 24 hours, allowing the dough’s natural flavors to develop. We source local and organic as much as we can and our ingredients, toppings, bread, dressing, and sauces are prepared in-house on a daily basis. Vegan (house-made tofu based soy cheese) and gluten free substitutions are available for our pizza.
Paired with our pizza are 13 local and craft beers on draft. We focus on independent breweries from the Northern California area who are great at their craft. Our tap list is ever-changing and can be found here.
On top of that, we have been focused on gathering the community since we opened in 2006. Whether that be with sports, live music, trivia, comedy, politics, work celebrations, or just to grab a slice and beer with a friend, we strive to maintain a comfortable and fun dining atmosphere with superb customer service.
