Public Safety Town Hall

A number of Berkeley constituents have written to my office to voice their concern about the role of these fortified alcohol products on public intoxication in our Downtown and near the High School. I want to hear your input on how our City can best approach this matter.

I am interested in developing a community and legislative approach to address the public nuisance and safety problems that are directly associated with the sale of these products. Please join me in voicing your opinion. – Councilmember Kate Harrison
