A strong community begins within. Celebrate the new BART Plaza with a FREE, All Levels, playful and fierce, ShredderYoga class. It will feel amazing to be in your skin.
No experience necessary. Bring your own mat and favorite yoga supplies. Some mats provided while supplies last.
