Julie teaches slow, deep yoga se uences with the goal of integrating
body, mind and heart and invites students to move with joy and ease.
Attention is paid to breathing and healthy alignment. Interweaving
wisdom teachings, her style is welcoming, playful and eclectic. all

Julie has over two decades of teaching experience and has studied and trained in the U.S.
and India with leading yoga teachers and mentors in the Krishnamacharya yoga lineages,
including Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois, T.K.V. Desikachar and Dharma Mittra. She’s in luenced by
the intuitive teachings of Angela Farmer and The Heart of Yoga of Mark Whitwell. She
has a private practice in Somatic Experiencing (SEP) psychotherapy (MTF) and yoga.
Drop-in suggested donation $10-$20. 5 class package is $70
