Full Presence Mindfulness (FPM) goes beyond stress reduction. It offers a new vision of what it means to be alive, one that no longer puts the self and its concerns at the center. By exploring what is going on right now — starting with breathing, hearing, and seeing — we can learn to inhabit a world without self-imposed boundaries or limitations. All levels of experience are welcome.
Led by Jack Petranker, who developed Full Presence Mindfulness and has more than 40 years teaching meditation, mindfulness and explorations in consciousness.
