Comal is proud to welcome David Suro of Siembra Spiritsfor a special collaboration dinner showcasing three of Siembra’s handmade agave spirits as well as one-of-a-kind offerings from Pedro Jimenez’s Mezonte brand and Mónica Leyva’s Pajarote brand. This diverse collection of spirits, all imported by Suro Importers, will be enjoyed over a menu of Oaxaca-inspired dishes by Comal’s executive chef Matt Gandin. Dinner guests will have the opportunity to engage in conversation with David, Pedro, and Mónica and learn firsthand about their experiences bringing these traditional Mexican spirits to market.
